Brett began his career at Monmouth University in 1978 on the college radio station working four shows per week. He dabbled in radio after college but always seemed to go for the “live” audiences vs. the studio drab. In 1982, he began a 6 year residency at Duke Mack’s Lounge on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ. He was featured on several radio shows and magazines in A.C. for becoming technically proficient at beat mixing. Again, I loved the response of a live audience no matter what music was played.

He left Atlantic City in 1988 and returned to Hamilton Township where he did midnight mix shows from the Granada. In 1989 Brett met up with Dave Hoeffel who asked him to think getting into the mobile DJ business. He has been doing weddings, parties, mitzvahs and corporate functions ever since. He prides himself on having a wide range if music that appeals to all age groups. Brett prefers having face to face meetings with clients as he feels it gives a better understanding of the client than contact over the phone or via email. This is a job that he loves, not just a hobby. He takes his work very seriously and understands that you only get one shot to make a first impression on a client.

HD Entertainment and Event Services has musicians for all occasions. Whether you want some Big Band Swing, a classical string quartet, or some old fashioned Rock and Roll, we have an ensemble to meet you needs. Although we've put some time into designing what we think are the best ensembles available, any of our groups can be modified to suit your space and budget.
